Are you an accomplished pharmaceutical sales leader passionate about driving business growth and building high-performing teams?

We have multiple open positions across different therapies and different locations with top pharmaceutical companies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive zonal sales performance and achieve business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Regional Sales Managers and frontline sales teams.
- Execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives to maximise market share and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals and other stakeholders.
- Monitor business performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement action plans.
- Ensure effective execution of commercial strategies while maintaining compliance with company policies.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.

Preferred Profile:

- Bachelor's degree in Science or Pharmacy; MBA preferred.




- Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a 3rd-line manager in the same territory as of the vacancy.
- Solid experience in the same segment along with excellent KOL connect is a must..
- Demonstrated success in managing large teams and consistently delivering business results.
- Strong leadership, coaching, analytical, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned geography.
