- Oversee Audience development, Growth and YouTube Operations of Rajshri Network channels.
- Strategize to increase views, watch time and subscribers across the network channels.
- Managing a team of YouTube channel managers.
- Channel management for Rajshri’s flagship channel.
- Handling CMS (Content Management System)
- Carrying out Ad Campaigns on the YouTube Channels.
- Interaction with YouTube partners, Clients as and when required.
- Working closely with content creation, content acquisition, social media teams to ensure smooth functioning of work
- Handling claims, YouTube analytics, content programming etc.
- Keep a check on competitors channel and make competitor analysis on weekly basis.
- Maintaining record of uploaded videos which includes Metadata, creatives and other key details.
- Maintaining the overall health of the channels by correct channel programming and maintaining a regular upload schedule.
