Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct 1-hour yoga sessions for patients.

- Teach suitable yoga asanas, stretching, pranayama, meditation and relaxation techniques.

- Conduct sessions in a calm, safe and supportive environment.

- Adapt yoga practices according to the patient's physical condition and participation level.

- Encourage patients to participate in yoga and wellness activities.

- Use basic breathing and relaxation techniques to support overall well-being.

- Maintain appropriate skilled boundaries with patients.

- Coordinate with the centre's clinical/counselling team regarding patient-specific precautions or requirements.

- Immediately inform the concerned team if a patient experiences discomfort or any issue during the session.

- Maintain professionalism,



patience and sensitivity while working with patients undergoing psychiatric and de-addiction treatment.

Requirements

- Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Yoga / Yoga Therapy / Yoga & Naturopathy or relevant certification.

- Previous experience as a Yoga Teacher/Instructor preferred.

- Experience working with de-addiction, psychiatric, rehabilitation or healthcare patients will be an added advantage.

- Good knowledge of Yoga Asanas, Pranayama, Meditation and Relaxation techniques.

- Comfortable working with patients with different behavioural and psychological needs.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
