· Minimum 10 years' experience as an XPS (Extruded Polystyrene) Operator.
· Solid experience operating, monitoring, and controlling XPS extrusion machines safely and efficiently.
· Good knowledge of temperature, pressure, extrusion parameters, and production recipes for different densities and board sizes.
· Relevant experience in the XPS/plastic extrusion industry.
· Diploma or equivalent in Plastic Technology.
· Basic troubleshooting skills, including identifying production issues and taking corrective action.
· Ability to identify and correct common defects related to density, thickness, dimensions, surface quality, cell structure, and dimensional stability.
· Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
