Position Summary

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Workday HR Technology Consultant with 8+ years of overall HRIS/Workday experience to support and enhance Workday solutions for a global organization. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Workday HCM with Recruiting as the primary module and hands-on experience in Workday Case Management.

Experience in Absence, Time Tracking, Talent & Performance and Benefits is highly preferred. The consultant will partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to optimize HR processes, troubleshoot issues, support releases, and deliver system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities Provide functional support, configuration, and maintenance for Workday HCM, with primary responsibility for Workday Recruiting.

Support

Workday business processes, security, and tenant configuration across HCM modules. Manage and resolve production support issues through Workday Case Management, ensuring timely resolution and excellent user experience. Analyze business requirements and translate them into Workday functional solutions.

Configure and maintain Recruiting processes including: Job Requisitions Candidate Management Offer Management Hiring Process Support Workday Absence and Time Tracking configurations, validations, and troubleshooting. Assist with Benefits configuration, testing, and production support (preferred). Assist with Talent & Peformance configuration, and mid-year reviews.

Coordinate with Workday Support and Workday Community to resolve product-related issues. Perform impact analysis, regression testing, and validation during Workday biannual releases. Create functional specifications, test scripts, user documentation, and knowledge articles.

Monitor HR data integrity and perform data validation and audits. Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and IT teams to implement enhancements and continuous improvements. Provide end-user support via Case Management, email, and service requests.

Recommend best practices aligned with Workday functionality and HR transformation initiatives.

Experience configuring and supporting Workday Business Processes. Knowledge of Workday Security Framework.

Experience with Workday reporting including Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and Trending reports.

Experience supporting Workday releases and testing cycles.

Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

- You have or were Workday certified in one or more HCM modules
- Bachelor's Degree of 4-year, master s degree Preferred (Not Mandatory)
- Total 6+ years of relevant Workday hand-on experience, and minimum of 3+ years across Payroll, Absence and/or Time Tracking domains
- Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously, while not losing focus on quality
- Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively manage client expectations
- Ability to work in a diverse, fast paced environment and effectively collaborate across teams
- Ideally previously certified in Workday Payroll and other related modules
- Previous configuration experience preferred either as an internal consultant or with a consulting / software organization
- Proven consultative skills to guide clients and internal discussions to agreement of
- Experience implementing complex, practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
- Able to prioritize and organize increasingly complex work to ensure overall timeliness and quality standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt to frequent changes
- Demonstrated advanced experience with Excel and PowerPoint
- Exhibits problem-solving skills, including troubleshooting issues and escalates as appropriate
- Demonstrated commitment and achievement to delivery excellence and client satisfaction
- Proven experience, demonstrating initiative and curiosity to build skills in other areas by leveraging available training and Workday documentation
- Experience defining global HR business and systems strategy, developing system requirements, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
- Prior experience in related HRMS (e.g. Oracle, Peoplesoft) in delivery or AMS/post-production support capacity is an added advantage.
