Workday Financials – Solution Architect

Must-have:
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end Workday Financials implementations (minimum 2 full lifecycle projects)
- Strong functional depth in Financial Accounting, GL, AP, AR, Procurement, Expenses, Assets, Banking & Settlement
- Experience leading solution design, requirement workshops, and fit-gap analysis with business stakeholders
- Good understanding of Workday Foundation Data Model (FDM), business processes, and security configuration
- Ability to guide configuration, testing, data conversion, and cutover activities
Positive to have
- Workday Financials certification (active)
- Exposure to Workday Adaptive Planning, Prism Analytics, or Workday Reporting
- Prior experience in a client-facing or lead architect role
