Systems Analysis Associate Advisor The Systems Analysis Associate Advisor role will report to the Corporate HRIT Hyderabad Team Lead and will play a pivotal role within a high-performing team whose main objective is to deliver Talent Acquisition IT solutions with a specific focus on the implementation of Phenom Talent Acquisition system in partnership with the existing Workday Talent Acquisition system. Position will partner with US IT Phenom Support and Delivery Team and US Talent Acquisition Business Partners.

The Systems Analysis Associate Advisor serves as the primary liaison between Talent Acquisition, HR, and IT teams to support and enhance recruiting technology solutions. This role is responsible for the administration, configuration, optimization, of Workday Recruiting and Phenom Talent Experience Management (TXM) platforms. The analyst partners with recruiters, hiring managers, business stakeholders, and vendors, Strada for Workday Recruiting and Phenom for the Phenom Talent Acquisition systems, to deliver efficient recruiting processes, improve candidate experience, and ensure data integrity across both systems.

- Liason between Hyderabad Talent Acquisition & US Delivery Teams: Serve as the primary liaison between Talent Acquisition, HR, IT, and external vendors to support recruiting technology solutions.
- Phenom Talent Acquisition System Implementation: Administer, configure, maintain, and optimize Workday Recruiting and Phenom Talent Experience Management (TXM) platforms
- Talent Acquisition Enhancements & Support: Partner with recruiters, hiring managers,



and business stakeholders to identify and implement improvements in recruiting processes and candidate experience.
- Business Requirements: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Talent Acquisition system enhancements and recent functionality.
- Release Management: Coordinate system enhancements, releases, and production support activities with vendors including Strada for Workday TM and Phenom for Phenom TXM.
- System and Acceptance Testing: Perform system and acceptance testing, validation, and deployment support activities for recruiting technology solutions.
- Production Support: Monitor recruiting platform performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure system reliability and operational efficiency.
- System Integration: Support integration points, data flows, and reporting between Workday Recruiting, Phenom, and related HR systems.
- Data & Security support: Maintain data integrity, security, and compliance standards across Talent Acquisition systems.
- Test Planning: Partner with US team and vendor partners to develop and execute test plans for system changes, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Ongoing System Improvement: Analyze recruiting metrics and system utilization data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Compliance with System Processes: Create and maintain system documentation,



process flows, and user training materials.
- Training: Provide end-user support and training to recruiters, HR partners, and hiring managers.

Education:

- Any bachelor’s degree

Experience:

- 9+ years of experience with 5-8 years of experience with designing and defining Talent Acquisition systems, ideally with Workday or Phenom.

Skills:

- Strong analytical and technical skills.
- Workday and/or Phenom Talent Acquisition system design experience
- Experience with creating business requirements for Workday and/or Phenom system configuration
- Ability to work with both local Hyderabad business TA teams and US system delivery teams as a liaison between functional and technical.
- Ability to lead quality assurance and testing efforts for business teams
