Location: Hyderabad .Experience: 8–12 Years.
Skill Set: Workday, HCM .Skills to Evaluate: Workday, HCM Key Responsibilities Lead Workday implementation and configuration across HCM, Payroll, and Financial Management. Gather business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions. Configure business processes, reporting, security, EIBs, and integrations.
Troubleshoot system issues and provide production support. Manage testing, issue resolution, and deployment activities. Develop training materials and support end users. Stay updated with Workday releases and assess their impact on existing processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
Mandatory
Skills :Strong Workday expertise, particularly HCM. Hands-on experience in Workday implementation and configuration. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills. Pay: ₹130,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
