Role Description This is a full time, on-site Wireman role based in Rajkot. The Wireman will be responsible for executing electrical and panel wiring work for various types of control panels and bus ducts, following technical drawings and wiring diagrams. Day-to-day tasks include routing and terminating cables, connecting electrical components, checking continuity, and ensuring proper insulation and labeling of wires.

The role involves assisting engineers in panel assembly,



supporting testing and commissioning activities, and reporting any faults or deviations from specifications. The Wireman will also follow safety protocols, maintain tools and work areas, and collaborate with team members to meet project timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong foundational knowledge in electricity and basic electrical principles.
- Candidates should possess practical skills in electrical wiring and panel wiring for industrial and control panels.
- Candidates should possess experience in cabling, including routing, terminating, and organizing cables in panels and on-site installations.
- Candidates should possess an understanding of electronics relevant to control circuits, protective devices, and panel components.
- ITI, Diploma, or equivalent vocational qualification in Electrical or a related field.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Knowledge of electrical safety standards and safe work practices in industrial environments.
- Attention to detail, manual dexterity, and ability to work efficiently in a team on shop floor and site projects.
- Prior experience in panel manufacturing or industrial electrical installations is an advantage.
