- 5–11 years of hands-on experience in Windows infrastructure operations and Windows patching management.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows and Windows Server administration in enterprise environments.
- Experience executing patching processes with explicit validation steps, rollback planning, and change coordination.
- Proven troubleshooting skills across Windows infrastructure, including patch-related failures and service disruptions.
- Manage and maintain Windows infrastructure environments, ensuring availability, performance, and operational stability.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute Windows patching cycles (monthly/adhoc), including pre-checks, deployment, and post-validation.
- Perform patch impact analysis, risk assessment, and scheduling aligned with maintenance windows and change governance.
- Troubleshoot patching failures and infrastructure issues; perform root-cause analysis and implement preventive fixes.
- Maintain patch compliance reporting, dashboards, and audit-ready documentation for stakeholders and security teams.
- Coordinate with application owners to validate services after patching and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Support Windows Server administration activities such as health checks, capacity monitoring, and incident/problem management.
- Drive standard operating procedures (SOPs), runbooks, and continuous improvements for patching and infrastructure operations.
