Responsibilities

Provide L3 support for Windows Server and Hyper-V infrastructure.

Manage Hyper-V hosts, clusters, virtual machines, and migrations.

Troubleshoot critical infrastructure issues and perform RCA.

Lead a team of administrators and handle customer escalations.

Drive platform stability, security compliance, and operational excellence.

Develop automation and process improvement initiatives using PowerShell.
