We are seeking an experienced Windows System Administrator to manage, maintain, and secure our core IT infrastructure, server environments, and enterprise services. In this role, you will be responsible for active directory administration, server provisioning, security patching, backup management, and ensuring high availability across our physical and virtualized Windows Server ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Server Administration & System Operations

- Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows Server (2016, 2019, 2022) operating systems across physical and virtual environments.
- Manage Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), including user provisioning, Group Policy Objects (GPO), DNS, DHCP, and organizational units (OUs).
- Perform routine server maintenance, operating system patching, performance monitoring, and capacity planning.
- Monitor system health, event logs, and operational alerts to ensure high availability and resolve hardware or software issues promptly.

Security, Access & Storage Management
- Implement role-based access control (RBAC), enforce security compliance standards, and maintain network/system security policies.
- Configure and manage File & Print Services, Network Attached Storage (NAS), Storage Area Networks (SAN), and share permissions.
- Execute regular backup schedules,



disaster recovery procedures, and system restoration testing using enterprise backup solutions.

Virtualization & Networking Integration
- Provision and manage virtual machines (VMs) using Microsoft Hyper-V or VMware vSphere.
- Collaborate with network teams to configure IP routing, remote access infrastructure (VPN, Remote Desktop Services/RDP), and firewall connectivity.
- Automate daily administrative and repetitive deployment tasks using PowerShell scripting.

Required Technical Skills & Qualifications
- Operating Systems: In-depth hands-on experience with Windows Server 2016 / 2019 / 2022 and Windows 10/11 client OS.
- Core Services: Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, and IIS.
- Virtualization: Proficient with Hyper-V or VMware ESXi / vCenter.
- Scripting: Basic to intermediate skills in PowerShell for administration and automation tasks.
- Networking: Solid understanding of TCP/IP, subnets, VPNs, RDP configuration, and firewalls.
- Storage & Backups: Experience with RAID configurations, NAS/SAN storage, and tools like Veeam or Windows Server Backup.

Preferred / Desirable Qualifications
- Certifications: Microsoft Certification : MCSE.
