Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain Windows Server environments including Windows Server 2016/2019/2022.

Perform server installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting.

Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, IIS, and Remote Desktop Services (RDP).

Monitor server performance, availability, CPU, RAM, disk space, and system health.

Troubleshoot server, application, network, and connectivity-related issues.

Handle user accounts, permissions, security policies, and access management.

Manage server backups, restoration, and disaster recovery procedures.

Work with virtualization platforms such as VMware/Hyper-V.

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or other cloud environments will be preferred.





Monitor and resolve hosting-related tickets within defined SLAs.

Perform server hardening, security updates, and vulnerability remediation.

Maintain proper documentation of server configurations, incidents, and changes.

Coordinate with Linux, Network, Cloud, and Support teams for infrastructure-related issues.

Participate in scheduled maintenance, migrations, and infrastructure upgrades.

Provide technical support during critical incidents and production issues.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
