Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Windows Administrator with robust Desktop Support and Troubleshooting expertise to join our IT team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in managing Windows operating systems, end-user support, hardware and software troubleshooting, Active Directory administration, and IT infrastructure support. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation of desktop systems, providing technical assistance to users, and maintaining Windows-based environments.

Key Responsibilities

Windows Administration

Install, configure, and maintain Windows 10/11 operating systems.

Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions through Active Directory.

Perform regular system updates, patch management, and security compliance checks.

Monitor system performance and resolve operating system-related issues.

Maintain domain-joined systems and troubleshoot Group Policy issues.

Desktop Support

Provide L1/L2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, network,



VPN, and application-related issues.

Diagnose and resolve incidents through ticketing tools within defined SLAs.

Install, configure, and support business applications and productivity tools.

Support user onboarding, offboarding, and workstation setup activities.

Troubleshooting & Incident Management

Investigate and resolve Windows operating system errors and performance issues.

Troubleshoot Office 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and other Microsoft applications.

Perform root cause analysis for recurring technical issues.

Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams and track resolution.

Asset & Documentation Management

Maintain inventory of IT assets and software licenses.

Document troubleshooting steps, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles.

Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards.

Required Skills

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 administration.

Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Windows Server basics.

Good understanding of Microsoft 365 administration and support.
