Job Responsibilities: Handle wholesale inquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, and online platforms . Share product designs, catalogues, prices, and new collections with customers. Follow up with existing and potential wholesale buyers.
Convert inquiries into confirmed orders and achieve sales targets. Maintain solid relationships with retailers, resellers, boutiques, and wholesale buyers. Coordinate with the team for order processing and dispatch.
Maintain customer and sales follow-up records.
Requirements: Experience in Inside Sales / Telesales , preferably in Textile or Women’s Ethnic Wear. Good communication and convincing skills. Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and online customer handling. Target-oriented and customer-focused.
Experience with Unstitched Suits / Dress Material / Ethnic Wear will be an advantage.
