? Location: Sitamarhi, Bihar

? Position: Tele Sales Executive

? Key Responsibilities

✅ Generate leads through tele-calling, online platforms, references, and follow-ups

✅ Promote IT, Software, AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Digital Marketing, Web & App Development, and other technology services

✅ Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions

✅ Convert inquiries and leads into qualified business opportunities

✅ Explain service features, benefits, pricing, and solutions to prospective clients

✅ Maintain regular follow-ups and update sales records

✅ Coordinate with the sales, technical, and support teams

✅ Achieve monthly sales and lead-conversion targets

✅ Build strong client relationships and ensure a professional customer experience

? Preferred Candidate Profile

✔ Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English

✔ Good computer and internet knowledge

✔ Strong convincing and negotiation skills





✔ Target-oriented and self-motivated personality

✔ Professional, positive, and customer-friendly attitude

✔ Experience in Tele Sales, IT Sales, Software Sales, Digital Services, or Customer Handling will be preferred

? Qualification

? Graduate in any discipline

? Marketing, Computer, IT, or related educational background will be an added advantage

? Experience

? 3–5 years of experience in Tele Sales / IT Sales / Software Sales / Digital Services preferred

? Freshers may also apply if they have excellent communication and sales skills
