Roles & Responsibilities :
- Lead new model development for the Fuel Tank line
- Plan capacity expansion and develop manufacturing processes
- Drive Gemba-based continuous improvement activities.
- Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
- Support quality improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
- Coordinate testing and validation with Manufacturing and Quality teams.
- Work with cross-functional teams for project execution.
- Maintain process documentation and manufacturing standards.
Skill :
Should have basic knowledge of fuel tank welding.
Basic Quality knowledge with defect identification.
Positive Communication and presentation skills.
