Role Description The Wellness Director is a full time, on-site role based at Atmantan Wellness Centre in Mulshi. This role oversees the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of wellness programs, ensuring they align with the centre’s holistic philosophy and guest needs. Daily responsibilities include managing multidisciplinary wellness teams, coordinating schedules and services, and monitoring program quality and guest satisfaction.

The Wellness

Director collaborates with medical, fitness, spa, and nutrition professionals to create integrated wellness experiences, while tracking key performance metrics and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. The role also involves mentoring staff, optimizing operational workflows,



and contributing to strategic initiatives that enhance the centre’s reputation and service offerings.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in wellness, healthcare, hospitality, or spa management, preferably in a luxury or retreat setting.
- Strong leadership, team management, and people development skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary professionals.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and operational management abilities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and service coordination.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest-centric service and conflict resolution.
- Knowledge of holistic wellness concepts, including fitness, nutrition, mindfulness, and therapeutic modalities.
- Ability to use digital tools for reporting, documentation, and program tracking; comfort with basic office software and scheduling systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in wellness, hospitality management, healthcare, psychology, or a related field; advanced certifications in wellness or spa management are an advantage.
- Proven capability to work on-site in Mulshi, adapt to a retreat environment, and maintain high professional standards in a residential or resort-style setting.
