Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Welder role located at Baramati Hydraulics in Baramati. The Welder will perform daily welding operations on hydraulic components and structures using appropriate welding techniques and equipment.

Responsibilities include reading and interpreting technical drawings, preparing and positioning materials, and executing welds according to specifications and safety standards. The role also involves inspecting completed welds, performing basic maintenance on welding tools and machines, and collaborating with production and quality teams to meet project timelines. The Welder is expected to follow all workplace safety procedures, maintain a clean work area,



and support continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong core welding skills, including Welding and Arc Welding.
- Candidates should possess specialized process skills, such as TIG Welding and MIG Welding.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Materials used in hydraulic fabrication, including metals and related properties.
- Candidates should possess the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, welding symbols, and basic fabrication sketches.
- Candidates should possess a solid understanding of workplace safety practices, including PPE usage, secure equipment handling, and fire prevention.
- Candidates should possess basic measuring and inspection skills, such as using gauges, calipers, and visual inspection to verify weld quality.
- Candidates should possess good physical stamina and manual dexterity to work in a manufacturing environment, including lifting, standing, and working with tools.
- Relevant technical training or certification in welding from an accredited institute is preferred; prior experience in industrial or hydraulic component welding is an advantage.
