(Vivran):About DSR EV Mobility Pvt Ltd:DSR EV Mobility Pvt Ltd is a growing Electric Vehicle (EV) manufacturing company in Jigani, Bangalore. We are expanding our team and looking for motivated candidates (Freshers & Experienced) for Production and Assembly operations.

Job Requirements & Salary Details:

- For Freshers (0 - 1 Year Experience):
- Role: Production Trainee
- Training Period: 6 Months On-the-Job Training
- Stipend: ₹17,500 per month
- Chance: Full-time permanent placement offer based on performance after 6 months.
- For Experienced Candidates (1+ Years Experience):
- Role: Experienced EV / Assembly Technician / Line Supervisor
- Salary: Negotiable / Best as per Industry Standards (Based on Interview & Past Experience).

Key Responsibilities (Zimmedariyan):

- EV Vehicles (2-Wheelers / 3-Wheelers) ki assembly aur fitting line par kaam karna.




- Basic mechanical aur electrical components ko assemble karna.
- Quality checking aur testing standard operate karna.
- Technical guidelines aur safety procedures ko follow karna.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications:

- Education: ITI / Diploma / BE (Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile, or related fields) or 10th/12th (for general assembly ops).
- Ability to work in a manufacturing plant environment.
- Good learning attitude and teamwork skills.
