You will be the face of our brand at one of Rajkot's most vibrant and high-footfall weekend venues. Your primary goal is to attract passing crowds, demonstrate the unique lighting features of our acrylic LED Dandiyas, and drive direct sales at the stall. This role requires high energy, a festive spirit, and the ability to confidently engage with families, youth groups, and festival shoppers.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement & Demonstration: Actively approach and engage visitors walking past the stall. Demonstrate how the LED mechanisms work and highlight the durability and visual appeal of the acrylic build.
- Direct Sales & Transaction Management: Handle end-to-end sales transactions, including calculating totals,
managing UPI/QR code payments, and securely handling cash.
- Inventory & Stock Tracking: Keep an accurate count of sold and remaining stock throughout the shift. Alert management before running low on specific colors or variants.
- Stall Operations: Assist with the daily setup of the stall at 5:30 PM and the protected pack-down of electronics and acrylic stock at midnight. Maintain a clean, attractive, and well-lit product display.
