We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Weekday Testing Intern to join our Quality Assurance team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in software testing and quality assurance within a energetic development environment. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced QA engineers and developers, contributing to the delivery of high-quality software products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute detailed test cases across various software features and platforms, ensuring comprehensive coverage.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies using established bug tracking systems, providing clear and concise reproduction steps.
- Collaborate effectively with development, product, and other QA teams to understand project requirements, reproduce reported issues, and verify fixes.
- Assist in the creation, review, and maintenance of test plans, test cases,
and test data for new features and existing functionalities.
- Perform regression testing to ensure that new code changes do not adversely affect existing functionalities and that bug fixes are successful.
- Participate actively in daily stand-ups, team meetings, and sprint reviews, contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Learn and apply different testing methodologies and techniques, including functional, UI, usability, and performance testing basics.
- Provide constructive feedback on software usability and user experience from an end-user perspective.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes, tools, and documentation.
- Support the team in various ad-hoc testing tasks and special projects as needed.
