Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements and develop creative décor concepts aligned with their vision and budget.
- Create mood boards, colour palettes, and visual presentations for client approvals.
- Provide creative direction on props, paint finishes, table linen, chair tie-backs, floral styling, and other décor elements.
- Prepare detailed design and floral briefs for production teams and vendors.
- Coordinate closely with planners, florists, production teams, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution.
- Supervise in office setup, styling, and finishing touches to ensure the highest standards of presentation.
- Conduct quality checks and resolve décor-related challenges during setup.
- Lead and mentor the décor team, assign responsibilities,



and monitor project progress.
- Drive departmental objectives and ensure timely delivery of all design projects.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in wedding décor, event design, set design, or a similar creative role.
- Strong visual design and styling skills with an eye for detail.
- Experience creating mood boards and design presentations.
- Excellent communication and team management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight timelines.
- Knowledge of floral design, event production, and wedding décor trends is preferred.
