Job Summary

We are seeking a highly creative Wedding Concept Creator to design unique and memorable wedding experiences. The ideal candidate should have expertise in theme conceptualization, mood board creation, décor styling, trend research, and visual storytelling, with the ability to transform client visions into innovative wedding concepts.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop unique wedding themes and creative concepts based on client preferences.
- Create detailed mood boards, color palettes, décor inspirations, and concept presentations.
- Research wedding trends, cultural elements, luxury experiences, and destination wedding concepts.
- Conceptualize wedding elements including entrances, stages, mandaps, lounges, dining areas, floral installations, guest experiences, and entertainment zones.
- Collaborate with décor designers, 2D/3D designers, production teams, and client servicing teams.
- Present creative concepts and ideas to clients.
- Ensure concept consistency across all wedding touchpoints and experiences.




- Stay updated with global wedding, fashion, décor, and lifestyle trends.

Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Wedding Planning, Event Design, Concept Development, Event Styling, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in mood boarding, theme conceptualization, and creative storytelling.
- Excellent understanding of wedding décor, floral styling, color theory, and luxury event aesthetics.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Creative thinking with attention to detail.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in luxury weddings and destination weddings.
- Knowledge of design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or presentation software.
- Understanding of wedding production and event execution processes.
