About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Webflow Developer to join our remote team at Zafify. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Webflow development, from converting Figma designs into fully functional websites to implementing advanced interactions and integrations. This role requires a proactive individual capable of working independently, managing multiple projects, and utilizing AI-assisted tools such as Claude Code and Webflow MCP to streamline workflows.

Developer will play a pivotal role in building scalable, responsive, and SEO-optimized websites that meet the highest quality standards. Qualifications The ideal candidate should have between 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Webflow development, demonstrating a strong portfolio of previous projects. Proficiency in Webflow Designer, CMS, Components, Variables, and Interactions is essential.



A solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required to customize websites beyond standard templates.

Experience with Figma-to-Webflow implementation is critical, along with familiarity with AI coding tools like Claude and Claude Code. Knowledge of Webflow MCP (Model Context Protocol) and API integrations will be advantageous. Candidates should also possess a good grasp of technical SEO, accessibility standards, and performance optimization techniques, including Core Web Vitals. Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and QA skills are necessary to ensure the delivery of high-quality websites.

Responsibilities

- Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive Webflow websites, ensuring visual fidelity and functionality.
- Develop scalable websites utilizing Webflow CMS, Components, Variables, and reusable structures to facilitate efficient updates and maintenance.
- Leverage Claude Code and Webflow MCP to build, edit, and manage websites efficiently, automating repetitive tasks and workflows.
- Implement AI/MCP workflows for content updates, CMS management, SEO implementation, and debugging to enhance productivity.
- Customize websites with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as needed to meet specific design and functionality requirements.
- Create and manage interactions, animations, forms, dynamic CMS pages, and third-party integrations to enrich user experience.
- Handle WordPress-to-Webflow migrations, including URL mapping, 301 redirects, and data transfer.
- Optimize websites for technical SEO,



including schema markup, meta tags, H1 tags, alt texts, canonical URLs, sitemaps, and redirects.
- Configure and troubleshoot tracking scripts such as GTM, GA4, Google Ads, and other third-party integrations.
- Ensure websites are optimized for Core Web Vitals, performance, responsiveness, and accessibility standards.
- Perform comprehensive end-to-end QA testing covering design, functionality, responsiveness, SEO, and pre-launch checks.
- Address and resolve issues on staging and live websites promptly to maintain optimal performance and user experience.
