Role Description The Senior Wealth Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. This role is responsible for advising clients on financial planning, investment strategies, and wealth management solutions tailored to their goals and risk tolerance. Day-to-day activities include meeting with individual and corporate clients, analyzing their financial situations, preparing and presenting investment proposals, and managing client portfolios.

The Senior Wealth

Manager will monitor market trends, rebalance portfolios, and recommend appropriate financial products, including insurance and other investment vehicles. The role also involves maintaining strong client relationships,



ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance client service and business growth.

Qualifications

- Strong Financial Planning skills, including goal-based planning and retirement, tax, and estate planning.
- Expertise in Investment Management and Investments, with the ability to construct, review, and optimize diversified portfolios.
- Solid understanding of Finance principles, capital markets, and risk management.
- Knowledge of Insurance products and their role in comprehensive wealth and risk management strategies.
- Relevant academic background, such as a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA, or equivalent) are highly beneficial.
- Proven experience in wealth management or financial advisory, preferably in handling both individual and corporate clients.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
- High ethical standards, commitment to unbiased advice, and adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements.
