Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Waterproofing and Flooring Project Coordinator role based in Navi Mumbai.

The Project

Coordinator will oversee day-to-day planning and execution of waterproofing and flooring projects, ensuring alignment with technical specifications, quality standards, and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams,



preparing work schedules, monitoring progress, and resolving site-related issues in a timely manner. The role involves reviewing drawings and BOQs, assisting in material estimation and ordering, and ensuring proper application of construction chemicals, waterproofing systems, and industrial flooring products at project sites.

The Project

Coordinator will also document project activities, track costs, support project reporting, and contribute to continuous improvement in project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong project coordination skills, including planning, scheduling, and site execution for waterproofing and industrial flooring works.
- Technical understanding of construction chemicals, waterproofing systems, epoxy and PU flooring, and concrete protection solutions.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs, with basic knowledge of civil engineering or construction practices.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with clients, contractors, site teams, and internal departments.
- Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and use of basic productivity tools (e.g., MS Office) for tracking project progress and materials.
- Attention to quality, safety, and compliance with relevant standards and site protocols.
- Preferred educational background: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in waterproofing, industrial flooring, or construction project coordination will be an added advantage.
