Lead and manage end-to-end Warranty Management operations within the manufacturing domain.

Handle warranty claims, process coordination, escalations and ensure timely resolution as per defined SLAs.

Manage and guide the team while monitoring process performance, productivity and quality KPIs.

Interact regularly with multiple client stakeholders and ensure effective communication and issue resolution.

Hands-on experience with SAP and good understanding of warranty-related processes is mandatory.

Monitor SLA/KPI performance and drive process adherence and continuous improvement.

Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of relevant Team Lead/Lead experience in Warranty Management.

Graduate/Post Graduate with 6-7 years of overall relevant experience preferred.

Willingness to work in adaptable shifts and from office as per business requirements.
