About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse & Inventory Executive to manage storage, stock movement, dispatch logistics, and strict State Excise documentation for our liquor distribution warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee stock reception, loading/unloading operations, batch tracking, and organized warehouse storage.
- Conduct daily physical inventory audits, reconcile physical counts with ledger balances, and prevent stock shrinkage or damage.
- Manage State Excise documentation, transport permits, pass verifications, and compliance registers required for alcoholic beverages.
- Coordinate order fulfillment and outbound dispatches to retail outlets, hotels,
and licensed distributors.
- Implement warehouse safety standards, temperature controls, and security protocols.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Logistics or Supply Chain Management is a plus).
- 2–4 years of inventory or warehouse management experience, preferably within the Liquor/AlcoBev, Beverage, or FMCG sectors.
- Thorough understanding of State Excise rules, transit permits, and stock verification procedures.
- Proficiency in inventory management software (ERP/WMS) and MS Excel.
