Role Description The Warehouse Manager at My Almari will oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring accurate handling, storage, and dispatch of pre-loved luxury items. This full-time, on-site role is based in Mumbai and involves supervising inventory processes, coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, and maintaining organized stock locations.

The Warehouse

Manager will lead and train warehouse team members, implement standard operating procedures, and monitor adherence to safety and quality standards. The role also includes working closely with logistics, authentication,



and customer service teams to meet order timelines and optimize operational efficiency. Continuous improvement of warehouse workflows, reporting on stock levels, and resolving operational issues are key aspects of this position.

Qualifications

- Strong stock control and inventory control skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and minimize discrepancies.
- Experience in inventory management and operations management, including planning, workflow optimization, and resource allocation.
- Knowledge of forklift operation and general warehouse equipment handling, with a focus on safety and compliance.
- Proficiency with warehouse or inventory management software and basic data analysis tools.
- Previous experience managing warehouse teams, preferably in retail, fashion, or e-commerce environments.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in office in Mumbai and manage physical tasks related to warehouse operations.
- Relevant diploma or degree in supply chain, logistics, operations, or a related field is preferred.
