Role & responsibilities

- Handle inward and outward material activities.

- Receive materials and verify quantity, quality, and supporting documents.

- Arrange and store materials systematically in designated locations.

- Perform picking, packing, and dispatch activities as per orders.

- Maintain accurate physical stock and system inventory.

- Conduct daily/periodic stock verification and support stock audits.

- Update WMS/ERP/SAP transactions related to warehouse activities.

- Prepare and maintain GRN, delivery challan, transfer, and dispatch documents.

- Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.

- Coordinate with Purchase, Sales, Inventory, Transport, and Accounts teams.

- Monitor material movement and ensure proper warehouse housekeeping.

- Follow warehouse SOP, safety, and 5S standards.

- Identify stock discrepancies, damages, shortages, and excess quantities and report them to the supervisor.





- Ensure timely order processing and dispatch as per agreed TAT.

- Support loading and unloading activities when required.

- Maintain proper records and prepare daily warehouse reports.

Preferred candidate profile

- Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma.

- Experience: 25 years in Warehouse, Store, Inventory, or Logistics operations.

- Experience in retail / e-commerce / Building Material / manufacturing warehouse will be an added advantage.

- Good knowledge of warehouse and store operations.

- Basic knowledge of WMS / ERP / SAP.

- Valuable Excel and computer skills.

- Inventory management and stock reconciliation knowledge.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet dispatch timelines.

- Knowledge of 5S and warehouse safety practices.
