Role Description The Warehouse Logistics Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations for pre-loved luxury products. This role manages inbound and outbound stock flows, ensures accurate receiving, storage, and dispatch of items, and maintains high standards of product handling and authentication support.

The manager plans and monitors inventory levels, coordinates with supply chain partners, and implements process improvements to optimize space utilization and operational efficiency. The role also involves leading the warehouse team, monitoring performance and safety practices, and collaborating with customer service and other internal teams to meet service-level commitments and on-time delivery goals.

and supports continuous improvement initiatives aligned with My Almari’s quality and brand standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Warehouse Management skills, including supervision of daily operations, workflow optimization, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Candidates should possess Operations Management and Supply Chain Management skills to plan, coordinate, and improve end-to-end logistics processes.
- Candidates should possess Inventory Management skills to track stock accurately, manage reconciliations, and minimize shrinkage or discrepancies.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to support timely order fulfillment, collaborate with service teams, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Candidates should possess leadership and team management abilities, with experience training and guiding warehouse staff.
- Candidates should possess robust analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills, with proficiency in warehouse or inventory management systems.
- Relevant experience in fashion, retail, or e-commerce logistics is beneficial, especially with high-value or luxury products.
- A bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, operations, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
