Job Responsibilities Psychology Facilitator

- Facilitate engaging Psychology lessons and learning activities for students.

- Develop lesson plans, worksheets, presentations, activities, and other instructional materials.

- Introduce students to key psychological concepts, theories, research methods, and real-world applications.

- Encourage critical thinking, analytical skills, self-awareness, and emotional intelligence through classroom discussions and activities.

- Conduct interactive activities, case studies, experiments, group discussions, and projects related to Psychology.

- Support students in connecting psychological concepts with everyday life, behaviour, relationships, and society.

- Assess student learning through assignments, presentations, projects, quizzes, and other appropriate methods.

- Provide constructive feedback and identify areas where students require additional academic support.

- Maintain accurate records of student progress, participation, and academic performance.





- Collaborate with teachers, coordinators, and school leadership to support students' overall academic development.

- Create a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment where students feel comfortable expressing their ideas.

- Handle student discussions involving personal or sensitive topics with appropriate skilled boundaries and confidentiality.

- Participate in school events, workshops, seminars, clubs, and co-curricular activities related to Psychology and student wellbeing.

- Stay updated with current developments, research, teaching methodologies, and educational practices in Psychology.

- Follow school policies, safeguarding procedures, and professional standards at all times.

- Support students with academic guidance related to Psychology as a subject and potential higher-education/career pathways.
