Vithu Tours is a fast-growing travel company with strong partnerships with MakeMyTrip, RedBus, and a wide network of hotels across India. We are looking for a detail-oriented Tourism - Operations and Sales Executive to join our team at our premium office in Hinjawadi Phase 2 (Opp. Wipro building).

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end booking process and customer relationship

- Create qualified itineraries and quotations for domestic and international trips

- Optimize tourism business model and integrate AI / automation into business processes

- Coordinate with business partners, vendors, and contractors (Resorts, Hotels, Airlines, and transport partners)

- Maintain client records, business logistics, and ensure smooth trip execution

- Designing campaigns, social media content, host events, shows, and enhance company's branding.

- Should be open to travel domestically or internationally with corporate/event groups. (Extra incentives will be provided for such travel separately)

- Manage strong relationships with investors, internal teams (Sales, Finance, HR, etc.),



and management team

- Develop loyalty programs and rewards for team and customers and manage the growth mechanics.

Preferred candidate profile

- Excellent spoken and written communication, with a professional, client-ready presence (calls, WhatsApp, emails, and in-person).

- Integrity, reliability, and discipline in daily follow-ups, bookings, and cash/vendor handling.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with flexibility on working hours including evenings, weekends, and peak travel periods when transfers, groups, or last-minute changes require it.

- Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort using AI tools for drafts, itineraries, follow-ups, and basic research.

- Ability to manage both sales and operations in the same day: lead follow-up, quotation, booking confirmation, vendor coordination, and on-ground execution.

- Tourism or event management experience is preferred but not mandatory.
