Key Responsibilities

- Handle enquiries for domestic and international holiday packages.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, travel dates, and preferences.
- Design and customize attractive travel itineraries.
- Prepare quotations for flights, hotels, sightseeing, transfers, activities, and other travel services.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, DMCs, transporters, and international suppliers.
- Negotiate with vendors to obtain competitive rates.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into bookings.
- Maintain regular communication with customers before, during, and after their trip.
- Coordinate visa, travel insurance, forex, transfers, and other travel-related services where applicable.
- Ensure smooth execution of confirmed packages.
- Handle changes, cancellations, amendments, and customer issues professionally.
- Maintain customer and booking records in CRM/Excel/software.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Keep updated with new destinations, hotels, attractions, travel regulations, and seasonal offers.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong knowledge of travel destinations and tourism products.
- Positive itinerary planning and costing skills.
- Sales and negotiation skills.




- Ability to work with multiple enquiries simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and travel booking/CRM software.
- Strong follow-up and lead-conversion ability.
- Problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under sales targets and deadlines.
- Good spoken and written English; Hindi/local language is an advantage.

Qualification & Experience
- Graduate in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 15 years of experience in travel consultancy, tour operations, travel agency, or holiday package sales.
- Freshers with strong destination knowledge and excellent communication skills may also be considered.
