We are seeking a versatile and results-driven Techno-Commercial Manager with a strong background in waste management or infrastructure development. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical operations and commercial strategy. You will lead high-value bids, manage client relationships, drive project profitability, and oversee the successful execution of municipal and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Tendering & Business Development: Lead the end-to-end tender process, prepare comprehensive technical and financial proposals, and negotiate contracts for waste management or infrastructure projects.
- P&L; & Financial Management: Own project budgets, monitor cost controls, optimize operational expenditures, and ensure healthy profit margins across assigned portfolios.
- Project Execution & Technical Oversight: Collaborate with engineering and site teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with technical specifications and Compliance as per the projects requiremnet.
- Regulatory & Compliance Management: Ensure strict adherence to environmental laws, pollution control guidelines, safety protocols, and statutory requirements.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients,



municipal authorities, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Risk Assessment: Identify potential operational or financial bottlenecks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline. (An MBA or postgraduate degree in Project Management/Business is a strong plus).
- Experience: 3 to 6 years of total experience, with a solid background in Waste Management [(Prefered ) (solid waste, recycling, or wastewater)] or broader Infrastructure Development (EPC, public-private partnerships, or heavy utilities).
- Technical Acumen: Familiarity with project lifecycles, engineering designs, and technical specifications typical of large-scale infrastructure or waste processing plants.
- Commercial Expertise: Proven track record in contract negotiation, bid management, cost estimation, and financial forecasting.
- Soft Skills: Solid leadership, cross-functional coordination, and exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
