We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive with strong expertise in recruitment, bulk hiring, and employee management. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment as well as various HR operations and employee engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and sourcing for Manufacturing/Automotive/Automobile industries.
- Manage bulk hiring and factory/plant-level recruitment.
- Coordinate with clients and understand their manpower requirements.
- Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates through the selection process.
- Manage onboarding and joining formalities for recent employees.
- Willingness to travel to client locations as required.
- Handle employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
- Maintain employee files, records, and HR documentation.
- Support payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
- Coordinate employee documentation and ensure proper record maintenance.
- Manage exit formalities, including full and final settlement processes.
- Provide support for other HR activities as required.
