Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist with 5+ years of recruitment experience, particularly in hiring B2B SaaS, Enterprise Sales, Business Development and Presales professionals.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing, screening and closing sales talent across multiple levels, with a good understanding of B2B SaaS, technology products and enterprise sales hiring.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Business Development and Presales positions.
- Source and hire profiles such as:
- Channel Partner Manager / Channel Partner Head
- Enterprise BDM / Enterprise Sales Manager
- Regional Sales Manager (RSM)
- Business Development Manager
- Sales Head / Regional Sales Head
- Presales / Solution Consultant
- Develop effective sourcing strategies through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, job portals and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates based on experience, domain exposure, sales achievements, target handling and communication skills.
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical/business interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer closure and joining.
- Maintain strong candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.
- Understand sales profiles, territories, target responsibilities, sales cycles and B2B SaaS business models.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of sales and presales candidates.
- Coordinate with business and sales leaders to understand hiring requirements and priorities.
- Negotiate offers and ensure successful candidate closures.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and update ATS / recruitment trackers.
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Robust hands-on experience in Sales and Business Development recruitment.
- Proven experience hiring Channel Partners, Enterprise BDMs, RSMs, Sales Managers, Sales Heads and Presales professionals.
- Experience recruiting for B2B SaaS / IT / Technology / Product-based companies will be preferred.
- Strong sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
- Good understanding of enterprise sales and B2B SaaS profiles.
- Strong candidate assessment and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple sales hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working with recruitment KPIs.
- Strong follow-up and candidate closure skills.
