Role & responsibilities
- Prepare detailed estimation and costing for ELV projects.
- Study tender documents, specifications, and drawings.
- Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities), quantity take-offs, and cost analysis.
- Design ELV system layouts and schematic drawings.
- Prepare technical submittals and techno-commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
- Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Support project execution team with technical clarifications.
- Maintain records of estimations, designs, and project documentation.
