About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketer who can take complete ownership of paid acquisition and drive measurable business growth through Meta Ads and Google Ads.

The ideal candidate should be highly data-driven, comfortable managing advertising budgets, and experienced in optimizing campaigns for ROAS, CAC, CPA, conversions, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively.
- Monitor and optimize key performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, CPA, CPC, CTR, CPL, and conversions.
- Identify high-performing audiences, campaigns, creatives, and offers.
- Scale profitable campaigns while controlling customer acquisition costs.
- Identify and reduce inefficient or underperforming ad spend.
- Conduct continuous A/B testing across creatives, audiences, ad copies, landing pages, and offers.
- Build and optimize retargeting and remarketing campaigns.
- Analyze landing pages, conversion funnels, and customer journeys.




- Work closely with the creative team to develop performance-focused ad creatives.
- Prepare campaign reports and provide actionable performance insights.
- Track campaign performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Take end-to-end ownership of paid marketing performance.

Candidate Profile We are looking for someone with:
- 24 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Media.
- Strong practical experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong experience in Google Ads.
- Positive understanding of performance marketing metrics and attribution.
- Experience managing and optimizing advertising budgets.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Ability to diagnose underperforming campaigns and implement corrective actions.
- Understanding of campaign testing, optimization, scaling, and retargeting.
- A revenue-focused approach rather than focusing only on vanity metrics.
- Strong ownership and execution skills.
