Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Process Trainer with mandatory BPO training experience to join our team in Bhopal. The candidate will be responsible for delivering process, product, induction, refresher, and soft-skills training while working closely with Operations and Quality teams to improve employee performance and process knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct induction, process, product, refresher, and soft-skills training for employees.
- Assess training and learning requirements and customize training programs accordingly.
- Prepare and execute monthly training calendars, assessments, and refresher sessions.
- Conduct knowledge assessments, call monitoring, and provide constructive performance feedback.
- Identify knowledge and performance gaps in coordination with Operations and Quality teams.
- Develop and implement targeted training interventions for underperforming employees.
- Coach and mentor employees to improve productivity, quality, and process adherence.
- Maintain training records, attendance, assessments, reports, and training MIS.
- Ensure timely completion of training assignments as per business requirements.




- Support new process/product launches and process changes through effective training.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives through learning and development interventions.

Candidate Profile
- Prior experience as a BPO Trainer / Process Trainer / Corporate Trainer is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of BPO processes and training methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Valuable command of MS Excel and training-related MIS.
- Ability to handle training batches and manage multiple training requirements.
- Robust coaching, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Compensation Maximum Budget: 28,000 per month
