Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day purchase and procurement activities.

Identify and coordinate with suppliers/vendors.

Get quotations and negotiate price and terms.

Prepare and manage Purchase Orders (POs).

Follow up with vendors for timely delivery.

Coordinate with internal teams for material requirements.

Track critical materials and ensure timely availability.

Maintain purchase records and documentation.

Support cost-saving and vendor-development activities.

Coordinate with logistics/shipping teams when required.

Preferred Candidate Profile

6 to 8 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement.

Minimum 5 years of relevant procurement experience preferred.

Experience in Aerospace/Defence, Electronics Manufacturing or Engineering/Manufacturing preferred.

B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE).

Positive experience in vendor management and negotiation.

Knowledge of ERP/SAP or similar procurement software.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
