Position Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Network Engineer to design, implement, monitor, and support enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have experience in LAN, WAN, WLAN, routing, switching, firewall management, network security, and troubleshooting complex network issues. The role requires ensuring high availability, performance, and security of the organization's network workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Network Operations & Support

- Configure, monitor, and maintain LAN, WAN, VPN, and Wireless networks.
- Troubleshoot network performance issues and connectivity problems.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for network incidents.
- Ensure network uptime and service availability as per SLA requirements.
- Manage network upgrades, patches, and hardware replacements.

Network Infrastructure Management

- Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers,



and wireless controllers.
- Implement VLANs, routing protocols, and network segmentation.
- Monitor network capacity and perform performance tuning.
- Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and configurations.

Security & Compliance

- Configure and manage firewalls, IPS/IDS, and VPN solutions.
- Implement network security policies and access controls.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and support security audits.
- Ensure compliance with organizational security standards.

Monitoring & Incident Management

- Monitor network health using network monitoring tools.
- Respond to network incidents and service requests.
- Participate in on-call support and major incident management.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams for issue resolution.

Project & Implementation

- Support network migration, implementation, and modernization projects.
- Evaluate new networking technologies and recommend improvements.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing activities.
