Working Days: Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

- Source candidates through Naukri, Monster, Shine, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Understand IT job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Work towards recruitment targets and timely closures.

Requirements

- 0–3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies.
- Knowledge of job portals and LinkedIn sourcing is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
