Job Objective To support international patients throughout their healthcare journey by coordinating enquiries, appointments, documentation, communication, and other patient service requirements while ensuring a smooth and positive patient experience.

Job Responsibilities

- Handle enquiries from international patients through email, phone, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand patient requirements and coordinate with doctors/clinical teams for appropriate medical consultation.
- Assist in collecting and sharing medical reports, patient information, and other required documents.
- Coordinate appointments, consultations, investigations, admissions, and other hospital services for international patients.
- Provide timely responses to patient queries and ensure appropriate follow-up.
- Coordinate with internal departments including OPD, IPD, billing, diagnostics, pharmacy, insurance, and patient services.
- Assist international patients with information related to hospital processes, treatment packages, estimated timelines, and services.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update enquiry and follow-up details in the system.




- Support visa-related documentation and coordination for international patients, as per hospital processes.
- Ensure regular follow-up with patients and attendants before and during their hospital journey.
- Maintain professional communication with patients and attendants from different countries and cultural backgrounds.
- Escalate medical, operational, or service-related concerns to the appropriate department.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and comply with hospital policies and SOPs.
- Prepare basic MIS reports related to enquiries, appointments, conversions, and patient movement.
- Perform other responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.

Eligibility & Experience

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Fresher with a certification/course in Medical Tourism, Healthcare Management, Hospital Management, or International Patient Services.
- Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of additional foreign languages will be an advantage.
- Smart, presentable, confident, and customer-service oriented.
- Valuable interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.
