- Custodian of the talent pool

- Giving CTQ deviation basis approval

- Helping with scheduling back-up assessments and manual assessments

- Co-ordinate with AON for assessment related issues

- Ensuring communication of termination of agency codes for Saksham/FCCP cases

- Profile deletion basis approval

- Update personal details

- Changing BHR tagging basis requests

- Transferring profile for changes in talent category

- Changing source basis approval

- Helping with query resolution pertaining ROB payout, Employee referral payout and Saksham cases

- Maintaining tracker of e-sparsh missed payouts

- Support for ROB distance calculation

- Support for offer release and joining if required

- Other ad-hoc tasks

Skillset required

- Integrity is the most critical skill

- Interpersonal communication skills

- Co-ordinating with BHRs/stakeholders

- Knowledge of MS Excel

Qualification

- Min. Graduate

- Preferrable if experience in HR domain and HRMS
