Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 1 year experience in International Voice – Mandatory
- Strong technical expertise in Hardware & Networking Troubleshooting
- Excellent communication skills
- Immediate to 15 days’ notice period candidates can apply
- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers through voice.
- Troubleshoot Apple products and related technical issues.
- Diagnose hardware, software, connectivity and network-related problems.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Mac, iPhone, iPad and other Apple devices.
- Guide customers through step-by-step technical solutions.
- Resolve operating system, application and connectivity issues.
- Identify and escalate complex technical issues when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and troubleshooting performed.
- Meet defined quality, productivity and customer satisfaction targets.
