Experience

Freshers – 0 to 1 Year

Educational Qualification

- Any Graduate / Any Degree
- Candidates with excellent verbal communication skills are preferred
- Basic computer knowledge required

Shift & Working Days

- Shift: Night Shift
- Timings: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Fixed Week Off: Saturday & Sunday
- Cab Facility: Pick-up & Drop Facility Available

Job Responsibilities – Accounts Receivable (AR)

- Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable.
- Make calls to US insurance companies regarding pending claims and payments.
- Follow up on insurance claims, unpaid claims and outstanding balances.
- Communicate with insurance representatives to obtain claim/payment status.
- Maintain accurate records of calls,



follow-ups and claim-related information.
- Support the Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process.
- Meet process quality, productivity and communication standards.
- Training will be provided to selected candidates.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Freshers with good English communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work in a night shift / US shift.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
- Positive interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valuable listening, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Immediate Joiners preferred.
