1. HR Recruiter

Experience: Fresher to 1 Year HR Experience

Gender: Female

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining.
- Handle joining formalities and maintain candidate documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, candidates, and management.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and employee records.

Skills Required:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Willingness to learn and take new responsibilities.

2. Account Executive

Experience: Minimum 1 Year

Gender: Female

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accounts and financial records.
- Handle accounting entries and day-to-day accounting activities.
- Work on Tally,TDS and GST-related activities.
- Perform bank reconciliation.
- Handle vendor and client coordination.
- Prepare MIS reports and maintain documentation.
- Assist in month-end closing activities.
- Maintain proper records of invoices, payments, receipts, and expenses.

Skills Required:

- Practical knowledge of Tally and GST.




- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Positive analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

HR Internship Opportunity Students/Freshers who are looking for a minimum 6-month HR Internship (For Female Only) are also welcome to attend the Walk-In Drive.

Internship Exposure:

- Recruitment and candidate sourcing
- Resume screening and interview coordination
- HR documentation and record maintenance
- Candidate follow-up and joining coordination
- HR operations and day-to-day activities
