We are looking for enthusiastic and committed freshers to join our manufacturing operations as Apprentice / Trainees. Selected candidates will receive structured on-the-job training and practical exposure to shop-floor operations in a manufacturing workplace.
Candidates will be deployed across different departments based on their qualification, skills, aptitude, and role fitment.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Work on the shop floor and support day-to-day manufacturing activities.
- Undergo structured on-the-job training (OJT) in the assigned department.
- Learn and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Support production activities such as assembly, body shop, paint shop, quality inspection, material handling, and other manufacturing operations, based on fitment.
- Maintain required quality and productivity standards.
- Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and workplace guidelines.
- Handle basic tools, equipment, and workstations as per the assigned process.
- Work effectively as part of a team and support smooth production operations.
- Attend required training and continuously develop technical and shop-floor skills.
- Be willing to work in rotational shifts and perform duties as assigned by the department.
Department Deployment Candidates may be assigned to departments such as:
- Body Shop
- Paint Shop
- Vehicle Assembly
- Quality
- Production
- Material Handling / Warehouse
- Other manufacturing functions based on candidate qualification and fitment.
Candidate Profile
- Freshers with ITI, Diploma, or Any Degree qualification.
- Candidates with a willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing/shop-floor environment.
- Good discipline, attendance, teamwork, and safety awareness.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Candidates should be physically fit to perform shop-floor activities.
- Height: 5 feet and above; Weight: 45 kg and above.
